Annie & Al’s Appliance Outlet started in 2018 with a frustrating but familiar experience—getting scammed trying to buy appliances online.
That moment made one thing clear: there was no reliable middle ground. You either overpaid at big box stores or took a risk buying from strangers with no guarantees.
So we built what didn’t exist.
Starting out of our garage as a husband-and-wife team—one a Huntsville native, the other an Army brat—we began by selling used appliances locally. It quickly showed us what people actually needed: better options, honest pricing, and something they could trust.
As demand grew, so did we. We shifted away from used appliances and focused on new open-box and scratch & dent appliances-giving customers access to major brands at significantly lower prices without sacrificing reliability.
